Restart Your Life Puzzle

It only takes a moment.

It will change your life, fix your current problems and make you love your life routine again.
How can you do this?
Not simple, perhaps painful but very worthy.




Find a comfort place, preferably lonely and quiet
A notepad and a pen
Start writing a list of the things you love to do,
Then right next of the list, the things you hate to do.
Another list of your abandoned projects

Now, it is time to see what is going on in your daily schedule.
List of the activities you have on a normal day and the time you spend on each one.

Here is the key of success:
Sleep enough to wake up the earliest possible.
Be thankful of life
Activate yourself with a simple cardio routine
Prepare yourself a deserved breakfast
Follow and respect your schedule
Eat healthy
Do not give more time to wasteful stuff (internet, tv, youtube, etc)
Know your priorities: make it daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
Goals, goals, goals... go on 
Give love and smile to others
Feed your soul.

  1. Yo creo que cambiar los hábitos es la cosa más complicada que nos podemos pedir pero creo que esta idea de hacer las listas puede ser una maravillosa forma tangible de ver cómo hacerlo.
