As I promised, I'm back. Unfortunalety, I don't have enough time to post very often, but I hope whatever I share, you can enjoy it.
So that's why I'm introducing a new topic in my all renewed (but not finished yet) blog. Health. At this moment of my life, I have made a commitment about having better and healthier habits.
This is the first menu I want to share in order to see the next results. Hopefully they're be much better and balanced every time.

Menu I had today
05:00a.m.: Oatmeal w/milk
07:00a.m.: Double shot Mocha Coffee w/cream
12:30p.m.: Cheese and ham roll
02:00p.m.: Vegetable soup and 2 corn tortillas
07:00p.m.: Fetuccini w/greens
08:00p.m.: 2 vegetarian mediterranean pizza slices
Glasses of water: 5 :(
Red light no.1 : Not enough water a day
Red light no.2 : Trans fats in cream and cheese
I think it's too much for a day. What do you think? I'm starting to think it's because of anxiety.
