I realized that for the first time, I'm enjoying the summer. I decided to change some bad habits and started to enjoy a simpler and healthier life.
Now I can see changes much faster compared when I worried too much about them. My new motto for the summer is "Good has not be complicated".
I've never been a big fan of high temperatures, but I think my reward is the delicious...
